We cannot be held responsible for errors in booking

You are not showing signs or symptoms of Covid-19

Within the last 14 days you have not been idfentified as a close contact with someone with a confirmed or probable case of with Covid 19

You have not travelled outside of Canada, including the United States in the last 14 days

Lived in, worked in, or visited a location or event on the current outbreak list

If you are travelling to Hong Kong, we are unable to perform your test please contact the Saskatchewan Health Authority
